The Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines recently marked its fiftieth year hosting a HomeShowExpo in the metro area, highlighting the talents of some incredible professionals in their own unique way.
For its anniversary year, the show was held at the Ridgeview Development in Johnston, showcasing seven beautiful homes constructed by seven of the area’s finest builders.
For attendees of the show, they were wowed as always and viewed the latest in trends, products, and technology, and viewed first-hand what is coming next for new homes, landscaping and decorating. Just like the last fifty years, the talented builders and their teams of professionals, went all out to design and create these fabulous homes. The results were jaw-dropping amenities and cutting-edge features.
Home 1: Alair Homes Des Moines
This story and a half traditional Tudor style home features 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, an expansive kitchen, an open living/dining space, with 3,488 square feet on the main level and 2,036 square feet on the lower.
